Hurunui District is the first sister district of Changping District in Oceania and Changping sincerely hopes that our two districts will take the sign of MOU as an important opportunity to enhance the friendly exchanges and carry out collaborative projects in areas of education, culture, tourism, agriculture and more for mutual social prosperity and our people’s happiness.
